This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Soundbaked, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Soundbaked”), and the undersigned artist or band (“Artist”) as of the date of signature below.
1. Participation & Recording
Artist agrees to participate in Season 1 of Soundbaked. Participation includes:
One featured recorded session (audio/video).
Optional participation in one documentary-style “day in the life” shoot.
Potential inclusion in podcasts, fan Q&As, and other promotional or interactive content.
2. Optional Add-Ons (Post-Launch Availability)
Once Season launches, Artist may purchase the following add-ons:
Edited Video Clips for Personal Use: $75 per clip
Raw Recording Files: $100
Custom Short Documentary Edit: $150
Extra Recording Session: $200
Note: Add-ons are not mandatory and will be invoiced upon request.
3. Promotion & Collaboration
Artist agrees to:
Actively promote their episode and Soundbaked through their social media channels.
Collaborate in good faith on all social content that includes their likeness or performance (e.g., tags, reposts).
Be available within reason for potential podcast appearances, live Q&As, and/or fan interaction sessions, as scheduled and agreed upon.
4. Rights & Ownership
All content (videos, interviews, photos, social content) produced and published by Soundbaked is the sole property of Soundbaked, LLC.
Artist retains full ownership of their songs and original music.
By participating, Artist grants Soundbaked a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the recorded material and likeness for promotional, marketing, and public streaming purposes across digital and physical platforms.
Soundbaked will not sell or distribute individual tracks without prior written agreement and compensation terms agreed upon with the Artist.
5. General Terms
This is not an exclusive agreement; Artist is free to work with other companies or perform elsewhere.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes shall be settled via mutual discussion or, if unresolved, binding arbitration in Maricopa County, AZ.
